Shipping & Returns Policy
Purchased items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the date of purchase; with the exception of Pre-orders. Pre-orders will have an estimated ship date. During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Customers will be responsible for stolen or missing packages.
Refunds will NOT be issued.
Exchanges only happen if there seems to be a problem with your order. Customers must inform us via email or telephone within 3 business days after receiving your order. The item is considered a final sale on the 4th day. The clothing must show no obvious signs of being worn. If eligible for an exchange the customer will be responsible for shipping. Please provide a tracking number in order for us to have a chance to keep up with the exchanged item. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process exchanged orders.
